Haboaba's Kitchen specializes in baking traditional Sudanese tea biscuits, or Baskaweet Al-Shai as they are called.
Traditionally consumed with tea or coffee in Sudan, especially in the company of family and friends, these biscuits are very popular during holidays and festive occasions.

Our delicious biscuits are lighter than biscotti but crunchier than typical cookies, which makes them perfect for dipping or dunking! Butter-free and light in sugar, these make for a relative healthy treat to accompany your tea or coffee, or even with milk for the kids.

Available in a variety of flavors, including traditional vanilla, lemon, cocoa, ginger snap, chai spice and Earl Grey, our biscuits have a long shelf life and remain fresh for at least 3-4 weeks so they are ideal for gift giving.
