Our lemon biscuits are the perfect balance of bright, tangy lemon flavor in a lightly sweetened crunchy cookie. With their unique and distinctive long shape, these cookies make for a perfect accompaniment to your morning tea or coffee. These pair exceptionally well with Earl Grey tea.
Our biscuits are lighter than biscotti but crunchier than typical cookies. Butter-free and light in sugar, these make for a relative healthy cookie to accompany your tea or coffee, or even with milk for the kids.
Our biscuits have a long shelf-life, and remain fresh for at least 3-4 weeks which makes them ideal for gift giving as well.
